Wes Stewart
Wes Stewart is a real estate professional based in Denver, Colorado and a longtime believer in the power of relationships built through golf.
Throughout his career in real estate, Wes has seen firsthand how meaningful connections can grow into trusted referral partnerships and lasting friendships. Recognizing the opportunity to bring together golf-loving agents from across markets, he founded One Real Golf to create a community centered around the game and the relationships it inspires.
In addition to leading One Real Golf, Wes played a key role in organizing the One Real Impact Golf Classic, serving as Logistics Chair for the event. In that role, he coordinated closely with the host course and event organizers to help ensure a seamless experience for players while supporting the charitable mission of the One Real Impact Fund.
As President and CEO, Wes leads the vision and growth of One Real Golf while working to build a national network of agents who connect through the course.

Bruce Needle
Bruce Needle brings a thoughtful, relationship-first approach to both real estate and the game of golf. Known affectionately as a “DADvocate,” Bruce is passionate about supporting others, building meaningful connections, and helping people succeed both personally and professionally.
As Vice President of One Real Golf, Bruce plays an important role in fostering the community and strengthening connections among members across markets.
Bruce also serves as Board Chair of the One Real Impact Golf Classic, where he helps lead the annual charity tournament benefiting the One Real Impact Fund.
Whether connecting members for a round of golf, supporting charitable initiatives, or helping build lasting referral relationships, Bruce is dedicated to making One Real Golf a welcoming and valuable network for agents across the country.

Austin Eaton brings a unique combination of real estate expertise, competitive golf experience, and community leadership to One Real Golf.
Based in Lakeville, Minnesota, Austin is an experienced homebuilder and residential developer. His work helping clients navigate new construction and lifestyle transitions has made him a trusted advisor throughout the Twin Cities South Metro.
Austin’s connection to golf runs deep. An accomplished player, he competed in the 2005 Masters Tournament at Augusta National, an achievement that reflects his dedication, discipline, and ability to perform at the highest level of the game.
As Vice President of One Real Golf, Austin helps support the growth of the community and the relationships that make it thrive. He also served on the board of the One Real Impact Golf Classic, helping guide one of the flagship charitable golf events within the Real community.
